When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PC Traders Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until PC Traders Ltd confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as PC Traders Ltd may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PC Traders Ltd, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You and PC Traders Ltd consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Because we sell a combination of new, used, refurbished and open-box product it is important that you choose your item carefully.
If an item is faulty on arrival or damaged in transit, you must notify us within SEVEN DAYS. We will ask that the goods be returned to us and a replacement will be provided following an assessment of the goods.
All sales are final; therefore, we do not accept replacements requests or refund if you receive an item and change your mind. If an item you receive is faulty, we would issue an RA ticket and get the unit replaced based on our warranty terms.

At PC Traders we work hard to make online ordering as hassle free as possible. Browse our online store, add items to your cart and then follow the easy steps at the checkout to complete your purchase. PC Traders endeavours to have accurate pricing at all times, we reserve the right to change pricing where errors have been made at any time.

PC Traders Warranty & Returns Policy.

At PC Traders we pride ourselves on supplying quality IT products, support and services to our customers. Should you feel the item you have purchased is not operating as it should or is defective, please do contact us right away, we are more than happy to help and resolve any issue quickly and effectively.

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and any repairs effected during that time unless agreed to by PC Traders Please do contact us as soon as you feel an issue has arisen.

Like any other retail outlet, should a fault arise with an item purchased from PC Traders the original purchaser/customer is required to return the item to our premises at the customers cost. If an item is required to be shipped back to PC Traders under warranty you will need to contact us via email – sales@pctraders.co.nz to obtain an “RA” Number, Or Return of Asset number. PC Traders will not accept any returns without being contacted first and an RA Number provided. We at PC Traders will carry out any repairs in a quick and efficient time frame; our RA Turnaround time is typically the 7 days from receiving an item into our warehouse, unless otherwise stated to you or if additional parts are required to effect the repair. Once repairs are completed PC Traders will then courier the item back to you, our customer, using our standard courier service .

Any changes to hardware/software configuration and added components not installed by PC Traders will void warranty and no warranty service will be provided. Acts of misuse, accidental or deliberate damage, or foreign objects/substances entering the item will void warranty and no service will be provided.

Software products purchased are not covered by warranty this includes the Microsoft office packages and Microsoft Windows Products. Any defects due to workmanship in installing and setting up software packages will be remedied by PC Traders under warranty., however errors or failure of the Operating system or software packages due to customer negligence, viruses, malware, or tampering will not be covered.

Non-Defective Items and returns:

Because we sell a combination of new, used, refurbished and open-box products it is important that you choose your item carefully.

All sales are final; Therefore, we do not accept replacement requests or refund if you receive an item and change your mind. If an item you receive is faulty, you would need to go through the RA process mentioned above.

Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you’ve made your final payment. Your order will arrive within 7 days after your final payment clears in our bank account.

While every effort is made to deliver as advised, PC Traders cannot accept any liability for delay due to the customer’s failure to complete customer obligations or any other reason beyond the control of PC Traders (and/or its staff). PC Traders cannot accept any liability resulting from a contracted party’s failure to deliver as advised.

Sale Prices
Occasionally some items on our website may go on sale for a limited time. The limited time sale price is for new orders only, not existing orders. We can only pass on price drops to existing layby's for permanent price drops to a product, not a sale price.

Product Availability
In the event that a product you have ordered becomes out of stock or discontinued by the supplier, PC Traders will offer a similar product to the same value and comparable specifications
