Refurbished Tech Cosmetic Condition Guide

This guide applies to refurbished laptops, desktop computers and other technology. All devices are fully tested, professionally refurbished and in good working order. Grades describe cosmetic appearance only.

1. Good

The device shows noticeable signs of previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, marks, surface wear or small dents. Laptops may have wear on the casing, keyboard, palm rest or screen. These cosmetic signs do not affect performance or functionality.

2. Very Good

The Device is in well-maintained condition with only light signs of use. There might be small, faint scratches or minor scuffs on the body, but they are not easily noticeable. The screen and keyboard appear in good shape with minimal wear, and the device functions without any issues

3. Excellent A+

The device is in outstanding cosmetic condition with little to no visible wear. The casing, screen and main surfaces are clean, with no significant scratches, dents or marks. It looks close to new and is fully functional.
