How is my limit approved?
Your limit is assigned through our instant credit check upon sign up. If you don't have a credit score, Laybuy will assign you with $120. No extra information about you is required!
Returns are easy
Simply return your items to the Merchant as normal. Once they receive the products and accept the return they will refund us the full amount due under their returns policy. As soon as we receive the refund from the Merchant we will credit the funds to your nominated debit or credit card and adjust or cancel your payment schedule as necessary.
Missed Payments
If you do fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees will be incurred for each payment that is late.
